Ed Diaz with decades of experience in finance and lending, Ed Diaz is on a mission to promote sustainable homeownership through education, honest advice, and great service. Inspired by the sacrifices his single mother made to purchase their first home, he is committed to helping others achieve ownership with confidence and clarity. Ed specializes in residential and commercial lending, offers employee education programs, and is a Certified Green Real Estate Mortgage Professional. NMLS #249808

Joie Gharrity is a Global Brand & Marketing Expert, YouTube Content Creator, Author, and International Speaker. She worked for over fifteen years in the Hollywood entertainment industry, including launching the first multimedia startup business for The Walt Disney Company—an opportunity that shaped her strategic approach to branding, media, and visibility. Today, she empowers high-achieving professionals who are ready for their next level, helping them elevate visibility and influence through her signature branding and marketing system.

Pablo Cortez is an associate at Hariri Financial Partners, helping professionals design holistic financial solutions. From retirement planning to business tax strategies, Pablo uses his tech-savvy background and relationship-building strengths to connect clients with the resources they need. Graduating with a degree in Applied Math and Computer Science from UC San Diego, he transitioned from web development into a career driven by purpose and community.
