When I was in LA on a business trip recently I got thinking about how the town refers to new discovered talent as having the “IT Factor.”
I remember early in my Hollywood career thinking how lucky a person was to have been born with the “IT Factor” and how crazy it was there was not very many walking amongst us.
It never dawned on me that I had an “IT Factor.” After all that was reserved for stars, athletes, leaders in the public eye.
I jumped into self-development and realized there is no such thing as luck. Therefore, the “IT” It is not reserved for just a few golden children.
